Getting a steady scan

  • Prop your phone at about hip height, around two metres away, with the camera facing you.
  • Let it settle until the level locks.
  • Stand side-on, with your whole body in the frame, in fitted clothes against a plain background.
  • Scan in the same spot each time, so your rescans compare like with like.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PostureMax. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore a purchase

On the plan screen, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

Your data

Your scans and measurements live on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Stop if anything hurts or tingles, and check with a doctor if you have a medical condition. PostureMax is a posture coach, not a medical device.
